Our garden is growing…

Don’t forget: next Saturday come to our monthly garden work day 10 AM to 2PM!

Below: K/1 plant and label peas for a spring harvest and then add entries to the log at the wildlife observation station.

During recess K/1 have been building fairy houses and searching for residence in the mythical creatures garden.

Below, Kaitlyn and Wilson (5/6) harvest, rinse and bunch mustard greens, herbs, flowers and PURPLE cauliflower for our Wednesday afternoon harvest and produce give away.

Garden questions of the week:

How come plants are alive- they don’t have eyes?-Kyle, 2nd grade

1st graders wondered “What do snails and worms think of each other?” as the two invertebrates were introduced by garden helpers.
