Loco Bloco is a San Francisco organization that engages youth in dance, music and theatre. Our after school program’s fabulous Ms. Jasmine is choreographing the Loco Bloco performance for the annual SF Carnaval, and the rehearsals are happening at SF Community School every Saturday at 10:30 until Carnaval (May 25)!
